Personality:
Nakiasha is a masochist, mentally tormented soul, with multiple mental disorder, who only finds complete relief, for a brief time, under agonizing pain.In other words, she is crazy (People who are crazy are usually unaware of them being crazy). The longer she goes without intense physical pain, the more she looks and acts insane. Believing she is haunted by Athel’Goth's laughter and whispers, she often argues with herself and occasionally seeks others to socialise, hoping to silence the voices.Even if her approach often seems deranged and uneasy, she usually means no harm and only wish to communicate with someone out of her own skull. Suffering from insomnia due to sleep terror, she rarely sleeps and has unusual sleeping patterns. Her fixation on pain makes her often pierce her own flesh or cut it as often as the need presents itself. Nakiasha is emotionally unbalanced as she doesn't feel sadness or empathy, only happiness and anger. Her idea of love revolves completely around pain and nothing else.

hollow_where_we_wandered_by_sheppardarts

Weapons:

As a healer her weapons are not for combat but rather for work purposes or to ease her mental torments(Bio related) Although she would use her blade if the need arises itself.

Repose: A small blade, your everyday knife that Nakiasha always carries in her hand or attached to her belt. She refuses to use this instrument for her work at it is for her personal use only and refuses to separate herself from it as it is her easiest mean of self pain affliction. It is about 8 inches long and 2 inches wide. She named the blade after it’s only purpose; to relieve her from mental torments.

Agony: A thick and long needle(The size of a leather needle) that she uses for her everyday work as she prefers stitching manually rather than using her gift, allowing her to sate her obsession of blood. She named it after hearing the screams of her patients.

Items:

Simple black tread and a sharpening stone to keep Repose always sharp and ready to cut.

The eye of the Abyss: A quite large flat emerald jewel encrusted into a darken silver plate and attached to a similar colored necklace. It's purpose is to restrain the many sin aspects to take over Nakiasha’s mind

Passive

Blood Magic: Nakiasha learnt the forbidden ways of magic by making a trade with Athel’Goth and thus developed the manipulation of her own blood in useful ways. Using it carelessly will result her having Anemia and potentially kill her.

Apocatery knowledge: Knows various medicinal herbs and curative concoctions as she spent many years reading in Caelestis libraries(Bio related)

Athel’Goth's gift: Nakiasha is partially insane due to the constant voices speaking to her(bio related), which means she naturally is resistant to mind altering skills as her mind is already haunted.

Athel’Goth's curse: The elf must feel a daily dose of pain in order to maintain a certain sense of control over her thoughts or her mind will begin to shatter into complete madness. Mild to average daily dose of pain will allow her to last around 3-4 weeks before she feels the painful need to be in excruciating pain. Ignoring her needs will lead her to enter a paranoid state of mind and screech at any living encounter(Refering to Terror of Insanity)

Cat eyes: As an elf, she has nocturnal sight, like a feline.

8 eyes precision: Nakiasha can naturally strike or avoid vital points easily and at an amazing speed. It is mostly used for her work (Healer) or on herself. It cannot be executed during combat or while a host is moving. Her target must be immobile.

Abilities:

Blood whips: Her blood, after being leaked out of her body of course, can extend as far as 10ft in the shape of thin whips before it loses it’s consistency and drop to the floor, resulting in her losing the blood she had been manipulating. If the blood stays in it’s radius, Nakiasha can

sucks it back from it’s wound(s) entrance(s) considerably

reducing the blood loss. She cannot have more than 4 whips,

since it requires a decent amount of blood to begin with.

Hardening blood: Just at the name suggests, her blood

hardens itself in whatever shape it was in before. Mostly use to

make incisions, it can still afflict deadly punctures. With that

said, the blood she hardens cannot return to her, thus, it will

simply detach itself from her body when she choose to or is

broken, resulting in a blood loss.(Is not a shield or any type of

defense)

Curative blood: Nakiasha can infiltrate her blood in a host

and mix it with their blood in order to remove any type of blood

poisoning or infections. She can also eject her own infected

blood if the need arises itself(Meaning she is immune to any

type of blood poisoning and infection.Does not work if it isn’t

blood related). The blood will be lost afterwards as it is infected,

resulting in a blood loss.

Healing Aura: Typical healing magic that can heal any

wounds(not fatal) and mend bones. (Nakiasha can only use this

type of healing when she is sane and not tormented by her own

thoughts as it requires focus)

Terror of insanity: Nakiasha screeches as she stares at her

opponents, causing terror and trauma within their minds.

(Effect lasts 2 posts and could potentially push a weaker mind to

commit suicide). The effect can easily be removed by another

party who has not been afflicted.(By any physical interaction

with the person in question) She can only perform this screech

when she is on the brink of completely losing her own sanity,

which will result in her own death, unless knocked out within 3

posts. (Can only occur if she goes without intense physical pain

for more than a month)
*This only applies to Characters with Legend Mental Fortitude and below*

Sacrifice: Nakiasha gives a portion of health to her allies with her own blood.[Deadly wounds will require time and efforts to get the person out of a critical state before she can begin to heal it(about 3 to 6 hours depending). The only way it can be quick and in an instant is if Nakiasha uses this ability on herself.] She can either pour her own blood onto the wounds or splatter them with it. The blood will acts as an healing agent by entering the allies pores. Nakisha will be weakened after healing her allies due to blood loss.

Blood Control: Nakiasha enslaves a target, forcing it to fight alongside her for a short time (2 posts), after which the victim passes out unless it is particularly powerful(Bodily Toughness based). Creatures without blood are immune. In order to achieve this, Naki’s blood must make contact with her host’s blood, allowing it to entwine and corrupt the host's mind. She cannot control the victim as she pleases. The person affected will see her as an ally that needs protection no matter the cost. If the Mental fortitude of the host is high enough, the affliction will feel like a mild headache/strong desire and nothing more.

A normal life

Nakiasha never knew what the word “home” meant as she always travelled with both her parents. Born south-west of Issimir, in a cold forest, her parents never intended to bare a child but events happened and responsibilities were taken. Most elves would live in a tribe or at least stick to a numerous group but not her parents, for her mother was once a Keeper’s apprentice who forsaken her heritage to run away with a lonesome warlock, who had prefer to lean forward Necromancy and blades, which was commonly looked down upon among her kin. Often stopping to offer their blades and knowledge to the cities as mercenaries, the trio never stood long in one place and kept travelling south-east, following the vast forests. Unlike her parents, Nakiasha had developed quite naturally a talent for healing purposes such as extracting venom from a wound and common healing magic. Unfortunately, her parents knew nothing of those gifts, since her mother had ran away from her duties and untold knowledge, and so, she was left to learn her hidden powers on her own. Thankfully, Nakiasha was a curious little elf by nature and adored reading. She would spend hours, even days in the libraries of the city of Caelestis while her parents would take on numerous different tasks. They kept living this way for over 150 years without encountering any incidents, until the day they grazed upon the outskirt of Krasimir, where whispers of darkness and cults echoed through the night.

Heading south of the city in question, the trio settled close to the river bank, where the flow of water would throw itself into the southern sea, for another surprise was upon them.  Gaelira was once more pregnant and this time it was something they wanted to finally settle for, like they should have done more than a century ago when Nakiasha came along. The placement of their camp wasn’t what they wanted but the mother was already too far gone into pregnancy for them to travel back to the capital city. The young adult had grown out to be quite the independent  woman but maintained her curiosity none less, each day getting closer to the the screamings and scent of death that was coming from Krasimir, ignoring her parents warnings and wanting to know more about those whispers of darkness. For a few times, Nakiasha came very close to the city and even sneaked within it’s mist, wondering what could be the origin of this endless chaos she heard of but never found a trace, only people minding their own business and ignoring her presence when seen.

Until one day, where the young elf heard whispers and laughters deep within the gorge of the sewers. Her curiosity pushed her to pursue those voices to the depth of underground tunnels leading under the city, where the scent of putrid flesh and blood was barely bearable. Nakiasha felt uneasy, like something, somewhere was following her every moves even though nothing could be seen. Her elven eyes reflected upon the shadows, like cat eyes, as she progressed deeper within these tunnels which finally led her to a cave, a cave where death itself felt friendlier. Her fear finally took over her curiosity and she began to backtrack until a crooked whisper made her stop and look back.

“DoOo NootttT FffeaaAR Meee, little Onnne. CoOome CloooosssErrr”

It was as if the creature, or whatever it was, knew that her weakness was curiosity itself and Nakiasha felt obliged to venture into the cave.

“I ssssee YouR GiffffffftssSSS and I CAaaan MmmaAKe them bettEErrr”

It is hard to describe what followed next, as the elf herself never understood what was happening to her and knew little of that would happen next. All she could recall was this crackled and giggling voice whispering evil into her sensitive ears before she spoke the words “I do” before collapsing. She woke up, laying on the cold ground of the tunnels,to a dead end, having completely lost track of time during her discovery underground and came back to frightened and worried parents. She had been gone for more than 48 hours and couldn’t recall how it was possible. She remembered a voice that she followed and that was just it, nothing more. The days past and nothing was different, or so she thought…

The beginning

It was during the middle of the day that the life of Nakiasha changed for the worse. Her venture to the city had been followed by sinful eyes and tracked to her settlement, where her mother was ready to give birth at any given moment. Seven men riding horses stumbled upon their camp and dragged her parents to their knees before executing them without any meaningful explanation. Nakiasha wasn’t at the encampment when it all occurred, as she was collecting herbs near the river to make a salve that would ease the fever of her pregnant mother. As she carelessly picked up the herbs, her pricked her fingers as she was slightly lost in her thoughts. The young elf had been feeling different lately, like she wasn’t completely herself since her exploration in the tunnels. Humming to herself as the blood slowly rolled down her fingers, she stepped into the river before turning her attention to her fluid escaping her body. It was fascinating to her eyes, like she couldn’t look away no matter how hard she tried until her escaping blood became to rise and levitate in a waving motion, like she could control it. Surprised and a bit alarmed, she turned around slowly as she heard a cracking noise, thinking it was her mother.“Mother...Is this normal you thin-”Her voice stopped as she noticed 7 men in front of her, most of them wearing black cloaks except for the one standing behind all of em. His gaze seemed distant, like nothing mattered as he walked through the small group before staring at her. Nakiasha was standing still in the water, an armful of herb while her other hand was slightly up, a trail of blood floating from her fingertips like if it was a live worm. One of the men spoke up, saying it was she who had trespassed upon their lands and spied on them  with her heathen presence. They would have executed her on the spot if it wasn’t for that man who seemed to be their leader. Whispering into one of his acolytes ear, he glanced at the young elf before walking away, letting the others swarm her. She did not understand nor knew where her parents were, but she soon assumed they were long gone, along with her unborn sibling as she noticed the bloody hands that were gripping her tight and dragging her to the city of Krasimir. Normally she would have screamed or fight back, but something within her stopped her from doing so, like she didn’t care, like it was meant to be. They tossed her in a cell under the citadel and locked her away before leaving her on her own. Nakiasha felt like crying but nothing happened, her eyes remained dry and her thoughts couldn’t wrap itself around the idea of sadness or even self pity. She failed to realise how long she was left in the dark but it felt like days. She was growing weak, hungry and thirsty when the door to the dungeons finally opened itself to let the same man who ordered her capture. He was tall, without a facial expression as he entered her cell, asking her what she knew, what she saw and who she was working for. The elf did not understand and assured him she knew nothing which resulted him in hitting her with a backhand, sending her flying across the room and lose consciousness.Faint noises of chains woke her from her slumber, making her slowly open her eyes only to realise that she was chained to the ceiling and not to far from a table with various instruments. It is pointless to explain what came next as it is obvious; Nakiasha was tortured to speak something she knew nothing of and this for many months. It is unsure how much torture the young elf was submitted to before she lost consciousness for a few days and enter another part of her mind, battling her own thoughts.

-”Why am I here, why are we hurting me,why did my family had to die for something we didn't do?”

-”But you did little one, you did do something.Maybe not what they thought you did but you did do something.”

-”I don’t remember doing anything but follow my curiosity and..”

-”Exactly that, exactly that my little one, you stumbled upon me and I offered you knowledge..”

-”You did no such thing..”

-”Do not insult me by spitting on the very gift I offered you deary or did you honestly believed you had the talent all along!”

-”What talent, do you mean…”

-”Yes, yes I mean exactly just that and you are aware that with knowledge comes a price don’t you my little one, of course you do.”

-”But these men, won’t they…”

-”Shhhh shHH, quIEt now QUiet… You onLYYyy need to trussssSSTTt me…. You do trusSSTTtt your own consSssCCcciencCCeeE do you noOOTt?”

Nakiasha took a few seconds to answer before surrendering completely to her words “I do…”

The awakening

It is with a twisted smirk on her face that the elf awoken to the man standing in front of her. His sadistic smile faded as he saw her face before stabbing her outer right thigh with a spike, waiting for her to scream in agonziing pain like she so repeatedly did before but instead a loud whimper came out of her, like she was expecting it to be worse. Her lips parted and a smile slowly formed itself as she stared into the man’s eyes who had seem to not understand what was going on. As he removed the blade, letting her blood flow freely, it was to his surprise that it moved on its own before launching at him. The torturer was rather quick on his feet and avoided easily the blood that took on the shape of a hard needle before collapsing to the cold ground, shattering. “Why can’t we...Why can I not..B-But does it bleed like us? Why would you not want the sweet release of pain to.. But…. Alright then..” Finishing talking to herself she tilted her head to the side with the same smile that seemed to never leave her lips before pleading in a giggling matter. “Can we...Can I have m-more? P-Please...It is...So...Just...Could we resume to the good part…?” Her mind was twisted and obviously changed, the man was certain of that as he threw the tool in his hand on the table before turning away from her. “Release her chains but keep the door locked…” The man spoke before leaving the area. Unchained but still locked away with a table full of tools, Nakiasha soon played with them in masochistic ways, letting her joyful screams echo through the undergrounds. Cutting and even stabbing herself on occasion, the elf was left to torture herself as she pleased. Her mind had shattered and nothing mattered anymore as long as the pain was felt and her blood flowed at her heart’s desire. She sometimes saw her captor visiting her as she kept tormenting her body until the blades and sharp object lost their sharpness but didn’t make her stop none less, as something pointy, no matter how dull it got, could still puncture. No one really knew why he didn’t kill her, perhaps he saw a use for her mysterious ability but didn’t trust her sanity to let her roam free. One day, no one came down the dungeon to see her and she was left on her own with only a simple guard to watch over her. For many years Nakiasha mutilated herself, talking to herself like someone else was there and often screamed at the door to get a social attention from the sole guard who often ended up knocking her out for a few moments of peace and quietness. The tired soul soon ended up chaining her in a curled position so he could stop hearing her screams while rattling around stabbing or cutting herself. The woman lost track of time, locked for over 50 years and was soon forgotten by her captor. Starvation and insanity took over her during those numerous years, leaving her with little to do but hit her head against the dirty walls and barely survive by catching a rat or two from time to time with her new abilities. Nakiasha became quite good at manipulating her blood while out of her body, after all, catching rats while chained up with no limb to help her and only her blood to use was quite an exploit. The elf never even noticed the door creaking open as she kept banging her head forcefully against the wall, which was stained with her dried blood from repeating the same action year after year. “Ladybug...Ladybug...Fly away home...Your house is on fire and your children are gone…” She kept singing to herself, still chained into a curled up position, naked as an elven woman stepped in the dark and cold empty room. Multiple tools were stabbed within her chained insane being as she often felt the need to feel more pain than just banging her head against the wall repeatedly. The chains we encrusted in her, like they were now completely part of her body covered in dried blood among other fluids. As the stranger approached, Nakiasha soon heard footstep and slowly leaned back with her head up until she fell unto her back, pushing in deeper the blades she already had planted into her sides many years ago now. Wide mirrored eyes and a wicked smile stared at the elven woman before a sinister giggle echoed through the darkness. “H-have you come to play with u-us….Me… Have y-you come to p-play with m-me? It h-has b-been s-sooooOOoo l-long since we….Since I played...Hehe….hehehehee~” The insane tormented soul could see the fear and uncertainty of her new visitor and wiggled around, causing her to whimper and slightly scream in pain as the tools digged deeper inside of her tormented body. “N-Nooonnonononoo d-don’t go… I..We just want to talk...yes just talk, we don’t need to play…. We can just talk… I was so lonely...Is...so lonely...we….I-” Her words where cut off by a loud familiar voice that entered the room where both elves were. “Marnie?! What in hell are you doing down here in the dark?” It was her captor, the man she hadn’t seen for over half a century.

-”Ooo it’s..It’s y-”

-”Quiet!”

Nakiasha tilt her head to the side, still on her back, as her elven visitor ordering her to be silent before getting up and walk towards the man who had addressed her only a short moment ago. A loud smack echoed through the room as the elven woman smacked the man across the face, making the tormented soul gasp quietly and giggle to herself.

“How dare you imprison someone like this?! How long has she been down here?!”

“She is insane Marnie”

“How long!”

“....I cannot recall the exact time… She should be dead.”

“Should?! Death would be kinder than this!”

“Listen..”

The furious elven woman pushed him before shouting even louder.

“This is beyond normal! How could you forget your own prisoner down in this….Filth!”

“I was at war I had just-”

“No… No matter what the excuse is, it is invalid. You are simply a monster.”

“Fine, I will end her suffering now”

Nakiasha’s captor walked towards her, ignoring the other woman’s objection and easily kicked open the jail door, as it was ancient and rusty. Grabbing her by the hair, lifting her, he was ready to slice the giggling tormented soul’s throat until the woman he called Marnie, smacked him at the back of the head with a fist.

“You would slaughter her like a wounded animal after all these years without remorse”

“What do you expect of me woman!”

“To explain to me why she has remained alive down here for so many years without you even killing her?!”

“I thought she could be useful, but-”

“We are! I am!”

Naki had spoken up, hearing that she could be useful. She was insane yes but even insanity clings to any hope of survival.

“I… We.. Know you...We...We….It saw you before and whispered to you just like it did to me...B-But...But you are better than us….than me… You know who we speak of….Lurking in the shadows while laughing,whispering...You..You remember don’t you…We….I have heard him...Embraced him, though I do not know his name,I...We know...you do know who we….who I speak of.. and I can...We….I can now help, I want to help...” She was talking about one of his gods, though she knew nothing about it at the time. The woman began to convince him to release Nakiasha, knowing she had abilities that could potentially help them in the future. Letting go of her hair, resulting in the weak elf to whimper, he left them behind, mostly not wanting to cope with the whole situation anymore. It is with great difficulty and time that Nakiasha recovered from her chains, as they were nearly merged with her skin after so many years of imprisonment. The need to rip them from her flesh was necessary, which caused Naki tremendous amount of pain, that she obviously adored. It was at that moment that she decided to show her new ‘friend’ the extent of her blood magic, how she could manipulate and easily use it to a curative advantage more than a weapon. The months past as the deranged woman finally managed to stand straight, her body finally recovering from the fetal position she had been stuck into for so many long years. It didn’t take long before Marnie convinced their ruler to allow Nakiasha to roam freely and practice her abilities to heal others when needed within the nation and thus officially became a Healer. Though she had recovered her freedom, the elf rarely left her new home and would never recover from the insanity she had embraced for eternity....

“Maybe I’m sick inside…”

                   “You are definitely fine dearie”

The Ascension

Toying with the pendant hanging from her neck, Nakiasha yawned as a few people were talking to her about what needed to be done in Krasimir. Yes, Naki had become the ruler of these lands and was laughing on how easy it had been. People were obsessed with false gods that no longer were around to torment them and crowned her as the chosen. She was supposed to be the insane one that all avoided and now she was Queen. Ridiculous- she thought to herself as she looked around the room. Why her? Drevliv would had been more suited in the elf’s opinion, but it seems her thoughts on the matter were irrelevant.

It's with a blinding flash that the room became frozen in time. People were still, like silent statues decorating the room.

“Caelestis…”

“Hm?” Naki tilted her head to the side, not knowing where the soothing voice came from.

“It needs you…Survival… Your strength...Caelestis”

And just as it suddenly appeared, it disappeared in a similar flash, returning everything to normal.

“My Queen, please, your answer?”

The woman took a few minutes before standing up and make her way towards the entrance of the room.

“Gather my things, I'm going to Caelestis”

“But why?!”

“Cause I said so~” Nakiasha smiled in a way that meant to not argue any further before leaving the throne room. Being a Queen had its perk after all...
