***This time period is Medieval, despite being fantasy the rules of hierarchy and respect will apply and be ENFORCED in RP. If you shame a Ruler or knight and you are equal or lesser in rank, you will be punished IC and I will hear no whining about it. These punishments will be decided IC by your Rulers it can be anything from public humiliation(Flogging, whipping, etc) to full on rank denouncement. So bear that in mind. Your roles are not set in stone and lack of respect will not be tolerated. Find another RP if you do not wish to abide by the lore of my world.***

Hear me out though.
I hate the idea of a centralized focal point; king, emperor, other stupid shit.
I say we divide the world into however many separated countries that are at a stand still because none are more powerful than the other. Secretly struggling to find a way to topple the power balance scales in their favor, but cordial on the surface. This opens the world to its own self creating conflict and broadens the possibilities for how each character can develop and take/change their path.
