Caelestis - is the neutral ground agreed upon by all 3 nations, where meetings are conducted between leaders, or those seeking to flee one country and become a citizen of another can find refuge. Despite how it looks on the map it is actually floating above that body of water, as the name suggests it is the city in the sky. Travelers can arrive there via the dragon ushered chariots surrounding the floating paradise, mounted by each respective countries military on its corresponding sides. Any attempts to break the treaty or harmony of this one place will be met harshly by all nations. Battles, wars, assassinations, etc are all fair anywhere else on Gaia.
