Dragomir - A bountiful land surrounded on one side by a vast mountain terrain, and forests or furtile land on the other is Dragomir.

This land is "ruled" over by Isilra Tinuviel, by popular vote, no one inhabiting this land is looking to take that title; as of yet. That is, she is more of an overseer and protector of those that came to this land seeking peace from the bloodshed that still goes on near the borders of each country. In the way that Caelestis is a floating sanctuary, Isilra has seen to it that Dragomir is so on the ground. Welcoming any and all creatures.

The preferred peaceful nature of this land does not at all mean it is not well equipped to protect its own borders. Acutely aware of reality, and the necessity of defense, the military of this land is quite capable; skill tested by Isilra herself. Being the former General of an entire Imperial army whom she trained herself, her lax attitude or willingness to offer refuge to those in need does not mean she does not expect those that live there to be able to fight on the standards of her former soldiers. Once a soldier, always a soldier, and Isilra hates weakness in others so much that she is willing to teach people to not be so. Effectively creating her nation of soldiers, not solely those with genius ability, but skills gained through effort and harsh training.

Despite the rough and tough exterior of the ruler and its people, they are soothed in soul by the mezzo-soprano lullabies echoing throughout the cavernous reaches of the mountains cave systems for hundreds of miles, many a bright mooned night. Deep in the bowels of the mountain range is a cave filled with stalactites and stalagmites of varying hues that jut from the earth, shimmering in the darkness. It is within this cave the Empress of the land unknowingly subjects her citizens to song, the words of which can hardly be heard but the melody of is sent through the nation. Doing for the tired souls of her people what she has yet to achieve for herself; give them peace. It is unknown whether they know it is her or not.

"Welcome to Dragomir, where everyone without a place or path to call their own can forge one once they find their strength to move forward again.”
